Chocolate Martini

A rich and creamy chocolate martini, made with double the chocolate.

Ingredients:

• 2 ounces Baileys Irish Cream

• 2 ounces Chocolate Liqueur

• 2 ounces Crème de Cacao

• 4 ounces Vodka (I used whipped cream flavored vodka)

• 1 ounce heavy cream, or half and half

Directions:

1. In a cocktail shaker, add the Irish cream, chocolate liqueur, crème de cacao, vodka, cream, and ice.

2. Shake and pour into a cocktail glass.

3. Optional: Top with chocolate garnish or pour into a chocolate rimmed glass.
